THE TOOLS OF EFFECTIVE COMMUNICATION ARE POSSIBLY THE MOST IMPORTANT AND VITAL SKILLS NEEDED TO MANIFEST A DYNAMIC, WORTHY, FULFILLING, SUCCESSFUL, PROSPEROUS, AND HAPPY LIFE.

Effective Communication is the action of emanating and projecting from an originator a particle, object, idea, thought, envisioned image or concept across space to a receiver with the intention of affecting at the manifestation/receipt point an exact sameness (holographic reproduction) with full understanding of that which was projected from the originator. It requires presence, directed awareness, intention and purpose, control of the projection, responsibility for reception by both sender and receiver, permeated perception and receipt of exact sameness with complete understanding, in order for communication to fully succeed.

COMMUNICATION
ITS ANATOMY, FORMULA AND ACTION

Communication is one of the basic actions of a Being.

Indeed, a Being’s success depends on how well he or she can communicate.

Communication, as a basic action, involves and depends upon several basic abilities. In order to be a masterful communicator, it is imperative that one understands this and what these basic abilities are — and to be sure that one can use each of them expertly and accurately.

Any dissertation on the anatomy of communication must begin with recognizing the presence of you, the Spiritual Being or Presence, as the actual communicator. Many prior dissertations on the subject of communication omit this essential element.

Spiritual presence is imperative if any communication is to occur at all. At the highest levels of communication efficiency, the Spirit is omni-present; located at and permeating both the sender and receiver ends of the communication line. At lower levels of efficiency, such as we see in poor human communication, the Spirit communicating considers itself to only be located at, and to be, one or the other of the sending point or the receiving point at either end of the communication line. In bad communication, we often see only noise being made while the spirit that ought be present is either unwilling to be there or is absent.

At the highest level of communication efficiency where the Spirit is omni-present, the communicator is in full control of the cause and origination of his communication and fully responsible for its being received as a permeated exact sameness and understood by the receipt point. At lower levels of efficiency, there is lessened control and responsibility with the result that exact sameness at receipt and understanding are often not achieved.

The next factor in the anatomy and formula of communication is perception. The Spirit perceives the arena in which the communication is to take place, the other Being(s) involved in the communication, the condition of the receiver, the receiver’s mood, and what is needed in order to get his or her communication across, etc. This is imperative if he or she is to accurately estimate the correct effort/force and mood parity needed to succeed. Similarly, the receiver needs to perceive the originator if he or she is to successfully receive. When a Being is operating at less than omni-presence, this requires directed awareness, or attention.

The Spirit can assume either the originating emanation point; or the receiving manifestation arrival point in communication — it depends on whether he or she is electing to outflow or inflow.

The actual action and mechanics of communication are as follows:

a) Assuming the originating emanation point, the Spirit projects an image, item or concept across a span of space/time (distance) to a receiving manifestation arrival point with the intention (purpose) of bringing into being at the receiving or arrival point an exact holographic sameness and holographic comprehension of that which the Spirit emanated from the causative emanation point. The exactness with which the projected image, item or concept is received, reproduced and understood as the same at the receiving point as was projected from the originator determines the success of the communication; and is dependent upon the level of focused attention, responsibility and control, utilized by both the sender and the receiver while in communication.

b) Assuming the receiving manifestation point, the Spirit, maintaining its presence, and directing its awareness (focus), intends to holographically perceive, reproduce and comprehend exactly the projected image, item or concept that is emanated by the originator. The level of success in receiving exactly, and reproducing and holographically comprehending that which emanates from the originator depends on the level of willingness and ability of the receiver to maintain presence; its willingness to experience and holographically perceive; the control of its attention, and its level of responsibility for both the originator and what is received.

c) Interchange between Beings occurs simply by the individuals in communication reversing roles between acting as originator and receiver.

The component abilities involved in the action of effective communication are:

  • Ability to maintain dynamic presence
  • Ability to direct awareness (focus attention)
  • Perception
  • The exercise of volition and choice
  • Control of mood parity (emotional relationship)
  • Ability to exactly envision the concept to be transferred
  • Ability to intend
  • Ability to project or emanate
  • Control of the projection
  • Responsibility for receipt and understanding

The above dissertation was the product of many years of research and refinement by me.  It has been released and published in various forms over the years but finally codified in the above form in April, 1998; but in April, 2001, Alan Walter embraced it as the definitive expression of the formula and anatomy of communication, and published in his book: Effective Communications Skills: the Key to Upgrading your Life and Relationships, when he revised his earlier 1996 work.
